My pay: your payslips
See your own payslips once your business approves payroll, and your hours and an estimate for the current period.
2 min read
If your business uses AirQR Payroll, Team → My pay shows your own pay. Nobody else's pay is ever shown there.
Your payslips
When the owner or manager approves payroll for a period, your payslip appears under Payslips with the period, your take-home pay and whether it has been paid. Tap it to see:
- your earnings (salary, hourly or daily pay, overtime, allowances) and deductions,
- the attendance behind them: hours, days worked, leave and absences,
- a day-by-day list of your hours.
Payslip PDF downloads it. Share sends the PDF through your phone, for example to WhatsApp.
If the payslip says Paid, it also shows how and when you were paid.
This period so far
If you have pay set, This period so far shows your hours and an estimate of your pay for the current period. It's only an estimate: the payslip is final when payroll is approved.
If something looks wrong
Tell your manager. If your clock-in or clock-out is wrong, they fix it on Attendance before payroll is approved. After approval, they reopen the payroll to correct it, or add a correction to the next month.
Common questions
- I don't see any payslips. Payroll hasn't been approved yet, or your business doesn't share payslips in the app. Ask the owner or manager.
- I'm paid in cash. Do I still get a payslip? Yes. The payslip is the record; the owner marks it paid when they pay you.
- Can I see my colleagues' pay? No. You see only your own.
