AI dish photosLet AI draw a photo for one dish, or for a whole section or menu at once. Choose Fast, Standard or Premium quality, see the credits first, watch the photos arrive and cancel any time: you only pay for the photos that finish.Design and branding for your QR menuChoose a theme, fonts, colours, shape, logo, app icon and cover photo for your guest QR menu, crop your pictures in the built-in editor, create logos with AI, and preview it on a phone, tablet, desktop, home screen and chat link.Export and re-import your menu (CSV)Download one menu or all menus as a CSV that opens in Excel or Google Sheets and reads back into Import menu without changes. Re-importing updates the dishes you already have.Import your menuUpload a CSV, Excel, PDF, Word or text file, or photograph your printed menu. Match your columns, let AirQR split one file into Bar and Food menus with the right stations and short codes, review everything and import it in one go.Item photos, descriptions and dietary marksAdd photos, descriptions (including "Write with AI"), veg/non-veg and other dietary marks, allergens, spice level, badges, calories and prep time to menu items.Menu builder basicsCreate menus, categories and items, set prices and stations, move a whole category to a station, add short codes in bulk, export the menu as CSV, reorder by dragging, and edit or delete anything.Menu schedules (Breakfast, Bar, Happy Hour)Run several menus such as Breakfast, Bar or Happy Hour and show each only on certain days and times.Menu translations for guestsAdd languages to your guest menu, translate it with AI, review and edit the translations, and know how many languages your plan includes.Parcel pricingChange dish prices when an order is packed, with reusable parcel rates (a fixed amount or a percentage) set per dish, category, menu or outlet, and pack a single item on the POS. Different from the packaging charge per order.Sizes, add-ons and required choicesAdd sizes like Half / Full to an item, and create reusable add-on groups with minimum and maximum choices, extra prices and required selections.Smart upsell ("Goes well with")Suggest dishes that go well with what's in the guest's cart, using your own hand-picked pairings plus pairings AirQR learns from your orders.Sold out, hidden items and outlet availabilityMark dishes sold out ("86") at one outlet or everywhere, hide items without deleting them, and set different prices or availability per outlet.

A barcode scanner reads a dish's separate scan code, anywhere on the POS. Add codes one by one, in bulk, or from your import file.Split billsSplit a check by person, by items or by an amount; each split is saved on the check, printed as its own bill and paid on its own.Using the POS offlineKeep taking orders, printing and taking payments on the POS when the internet drops, and review what synced afterwards.

How printing works in AirQRWhat AirQR prints automatically (KOTs per station, bills on settle, cash reports), how the print queue, retries and the 30-minute rule work, and how reprints are marked.Print settings and what's on your receiptsEvery option in Settings → Printing & screens: paper width, receipt header and footer, what each printer prints, auto-print, UPI QR on bills, test pages, previews and recent prints.Printer troubleshootingFix printers that don't print, won't connect, print garbage or blank paper, cut text off, print twice or in the wrong section, and reprint failed jobs.Set up a LAN / Wi-Fi printer and the AirQR Printer HelperConnect a network (LAN or Wi-Fi) thermal printer, or a printer installed on a Windows/Mac/Linux computer, using the free AirQR Printer Helper.Set up a USB or Bluetooth printer (print station)Print to a USB, Bluetooth or serial thermal printer from a Chrome or Edge tab using the Print station page, or to any printer through the browser's print window (the easiest way, nothing to install).Stations and station screensSet up your outlet's stations (kitchen, tandoor, bar, coffee counter, packing…), choose the screen each one works from, and route their KOTs to the right printer. The bar screenRun the bar from a dark, drinks-first screen: the tab or table up big, big drink lines with sizes, tap each drink as it's poured, and see what's left to pour.Using the kitchen displayRun your kitchen from a big, high-contrast screen: live ticket timers, tap an item to tick it off, bump tickets with one big button, filter by station or order type, recall the last ticket and reprint KOTs.
