Do guests need to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens instantly in the browser.
Can I use it only as a digital menu?
Yes. Turn off ordering and AirQR becomes a beautiful, always-up-to-date QR menu. Switch ordering on whenever you're ready.
How do payments work?
Guests can pay at the table with any UPI app. The exact bill amount is pre-filled and the money goes straight to your bank. Staff record card and cash payments in the POS.
Does it handle GST?
Yes. CGST/SGST splits, tax-inclusive or exclusive pricing, rounding and GSTIN on invoices. VAT and sales tax work the same way for other countries.
I have several outlets. Can each have different prices?
Yes. Menus are shared across outlets and you can override price or availability per outlet. Reports can be viewed per outlet or combined.
