Acceptable use policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

AirQR is shared by many restaurants. These rules keep it safe, fast and trustworthy for all of them and their guests. This policy is part of our Terms of service.

1. Content you publish

Your menus, photos, offers and pages must not:

  • be illegal, or offer items you are not licensed to sell (for example alcohol without the required licence, or prohibited substances);
  • be false or misleading — including wrong prices, fake discounts, or incorrect veg / non-veg, allergen or dietary labels;
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trademark or other rights — use only photos and logos you own or have permission to use;
  • be hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent or discriminatory;
  • impersonate another restaurant, brand or person;
  • contain malware, phishing links or anything designed to harm guests' devices.

2. Messages to guests

  • Send marketing messages (SMS, WhatsApp, email) only to guests who agreed to receive them, and stop when they opt out.
  • Don't upload or import contact lists you didn't collect lawfully.
  • Follow TRAI rules, WhatsApp Business policies and anti-spam laws where your guests live.

3. Using the platform

Don't:

  • scrape, crawl or harvest data from AirQR or other restaurants' pages by automated means;
  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer AirQR, except to the extent a Source licence you have bought allows or the law permits;
  • probe, scan or test for vulnerabilities, run load tests, or try to bypass security or plan limits without our written permission;
  • access, or try to access, another account's data;
  • overload the service — for example with automated bulk orders, fake bookings or excessive API calls;
  • share logins between people, or resell or white-label AirQR to other businesses without a partner agreement.

4. Found a security issue?

Please tell us at abhishek@aivanaut.com before sharing it with anyone else. Give us reasonable time to fix it, don't access more data than needed to show the problem, and we won't take action against good-faith reports.

5. What happens if the rules are broken

We may remove content, pause features or suspend an account that breaks this policy — usually after contacting you, but immediately if there is a risk to guests, other users or the platform, or if the law requires it. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to termination under our Terms of service.

6. Report misuse

If you see a page on AirQR that breaks these rules, let us know with the page link and what's wrong:
