AI dish photos

Let AI draw a photo for one dish, or for a whole section or menu at once. Choose Fast, Standard or Premium quality, see the credits first, watch the photos arrive and cancel any time: you only pay for the photos that finish.

AI dish photos draws a photo for a dish or drink that doesn't have one. Before drawing, AI looks up the real dish or product: a named drink like "Bacardi White Rum 60ml" or "Kingfisher Ultra" keeps its real bottle shape and label colours, and a dish gets the plating and ingredients that suit its cuisine and your description. Every photo uses the same calm, natural-light look so your menu feels consistent.

AI can still get details wrong, so check each photo before you keep it. It only writes a brand's own name on a label and invents no other text. You can always replace a photo with your own.

You find it in Menu & QR → Menu builder. Only owners and managers can use it.

How do I make a photo for one dish?

  1. Open the dish (click its row). Under its photo, click Generate with AI. Enter the dish name first if it's a new dish.
  2. Pick the quality: Fast, Standard or Premium (see below). Each shows its price in credits.
  3. Optional: type a Style such as "dark and moody, shot from above".
  4. Click Generate. A progress bar shows while the photo is drawn (about 5 to 30 seconds). Click Cancel to stop: nothing is charged.
  5. Check the photo. Click Use this photo to put it on the dish, Try again to draw another (it costs credits again), or Cancel to close.
  6. If the dish already has a photo, AirQR asks before replacing it.
  7. Click Save changes on the dish to keep the new photo.

Which quality should I choose?

QualityGood forCredits per photo
FastA quick first pass over a whole menu20
StandardMost dishes and drinks: sharper and truer to the real product (the default)25
PremiumHero dishes, covers and your logo: the best quality80

Next to the credits you see roughly what they are worth in your billing currency (for example "25 credits (≈₹12)"), based on the price of the smallest credit pack. Credits are charged per finished photo, never for one you cancel or that fails. See AI credits.

How do I make photos for many dishes at once?

Three ways to start, all in the menu builder:

  • Tick dishes: tick the box next to each dish (or the box in a section's header to tick every dish shown in it), then click Generate images (n) in the bar at the bottom. Your ticks stay when you search or change the filter.
  • A whole section: open the section's … menu and click Generate images for this section.
  • Every dish without a photo: open the menu's gear menu and click Generate images for all dishes without a photo. The number shows how many dishes it will cover (the same as the No photo filter).

In the window that opens:

  1. Choose the quality and an optional Style.
  2. Choose Only dishes without a photo or Replace existing photos too.
  3. See how many pictures it is and the most it can cost, and your credits left. If you don't have enough credits for all of them, it tells you how many you can afford.
  4. Click Start.

Photos are drawn one after another (two at a time at most). You see them fill in, the count ("3 of 10 done") and the credits used so far. Keep this tab open while images are generated. Each finished photo is saved to its dish straight away, so nothing is lost.

How do I stop it?

Click Cancel at any time. The photo in progress is stopped and refunded, photos already finished stay on their dishes, and the rest are never started. You see a summary such as "Stopped. 4 of 10 done, 80 credits used, nothing charged for the rest."

If your credits run out part way, it stops by itself, keeps the finished photos and offers Add credits.
