Your support code

Every business and outlet has a short support code. Quote it when you contact AirQR support so we can find your account straight away.

Every business and every outlet on AirQR has a support code. When you quote it to AirQR support, we can find your business and outlet straight away, without asking which account you mean.

What do the codes look like?

  • A business code starts with AQ-B-, for example AQ-B-3F9A2C1D.
  • An outlet code starts with AQ-O-, for example AQ-O-8E21B7C4.

Most codes have 8 characters after the prefix. A few are longer; quote the code exactly as Settings shows it.

The codes aren't passwords and nobody can sign in with them. They only help us find your account, so it's fine to send them in an email or a WhatsApp message.

Where do I find my codes?

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar (you need access to Settings).
  2. Find the Support code card near the top. It shows your business code and one code for each outlet you can see.
  3. Press a code to copy it.

Your business code is also at the bottom of the Help center, with the same copy button.

When should I quote it?

Whenever you contact support (see Contact AirQR support):

  • Put the business code in your email subject or first line.
  • If the problem is at one outlet, add that outlet's code too.
  • Still include what happened, when, and a screenshot. The code tells us where to look; you tell us what to look for.

Never send passwords, time clock PINs or print bridge tokens, with or without a code.
