My profile: your name, sign-in, password and devices
Every person, owner or staff, keeps their own name, email, mobile number, password, devices and language in My profile. Open it from the avatar menu.

My profile is where you look after your own sign-in. Everyone on the team has it: owner, manager, waiter, kitchen, cashier and the rest. It only ever shows and changes your details, never anyone else's.
Open it from the avatar menu (your initials or photo, top right) and choose My profile. It is the first item under your name.
What is on the page?
Your details
Your photo or initials, your name (you can change it), and your role, outlets and business. Your owner or manager sets your role and outlets; you can't change those here. Change your name and press Save: your team sees the new name on shifts, the Staff list and activity.
Sign-in & security
- You sign in with: your email, your mobile number, or either, always with your password.
- Email: shown here. If you sign in with a mobile number and have no email yet, press Add an email, type it and your current password, and we email a link to confirm it. Open the link while you are signed in. It works once and lasts 24 hours. Until you confirm it, My profile shows the email as waiting, and you can resend or cancel it. To use a different email, see Change your email below.
- Mobile number: press Add a mobile number (or Change mobile number), type the number and your current password. After that you can sign in with the number. A number can belong to only one AirQR login.
- Change password: type your current password, then a new one twice (at least 8 characters, not a common one, and not your name or email). Press Change password. If you have an email, we send you a notice that it changed.
The demo accounts have no password or sign-in details, so these are switched off for them with a note.
Your devices
The phones, tablets and computers where you are signed in to this business, newest first, with This device marked, what each one is ("Owner's phone", "iPhone · Safari"), the outlet, and when it was last seen.
- Sign out next to a device signs that device out of your account now. Whoever is using it has to sign in again.
- A shared device (a billing counter, a print screen, or a screen the owner named for a job) says "Shared device. Managed in Settings → Devices." You can press Sign me out here to end your own login on it, but the device stays set up for your team. Only the owner or a manager can remove it.
- Sign out of all other devices ends every other login of yours, on every phone, tablet and computer, in every business you belong to. Only the one you are using stays signed in. Use it after losing a phone or leaving yourself signed in on a shared screen. Shared devices stay set up.
- On a shared tablet, Last active on the Staff page shows the last person who used it, not everyone who has.
- You can only sign out your own devices. To sign out someone else's (for example when a team member leaves), the owner or a manager uses Settings → Devices.
A browser that was signed out shows the sign-in page with the note "This device was signed out" the next time it is opened.
Change your email
Already sign in with an email? Press Change email, type the new address and your current password.
- We send a confirmation link to the new address. Until you open it, your current email stays your sign-in email. My profile shows "Waiting for confirmation at new@…" with Resend link and Cancel. Resending asks for your current password again.
- Open the link while you are signed in and press Confirm email. From then on you sign in with the new address.
- We email your old address to say the sign-in email was changed (the new one is shown partly hidden, like n***@example.com). If it wasn't you, contact support@airqr.in straight away.
If the address is the same as your current one, isn't valid, or is already used by another account, you get the same answer: "We couldn't use that email." We don't say which. The change is recorded in your business's activity log with the old and new address. The demo accounts can't change their email.
Preferences
Your language (English or हिन्दी) and appearance (light, dark or system). See Hindi and other languages. The avatar menu still has the same two controls.
Danger zone: delete my account
- If you can open Settings (owners, and managers or custom roles with Settings), Delete my account is in Settings → Danger zone, next to deleting an outlet and a business. My profile points you there.
- If you can't open Settings (a waiter, cashier, kitchen and so on), My profile has its own Danger zone at the bottom with Delete my account.
Either way it is the same: you type DELETE and your password, you are signed out at once, and your account is permanently deleted after 30 days. Until then you can sign in and restore it. See Delete an outlet, a business or your account.
